RISKS DISCLAIMER
1. Due to the nature of the Internet, a visitor to this Website must acknowledge and accept the risks of the possibility of:

      party’s computer, communications or power systems or supplies, even if CGS-CIMB has been advised or is aware of the possibility of such damages, losses or expenses arising.

You agree and accept that Bursa Malaysia expressly reserves the right to and may in its sole discretion change the technological basis of the transmission of information to CGS-CIMB at any time and from time to time.You shall not transmit, distribute, disseminate (by any means whatsoever), or re-transmit, re-distribute or re-disseminate (by any means whatsoever), or access CGS-CIMB’s facilities to retrieve for the purposes of transmission, distribution or dissemination, the information from Bursa Malaysia.

In the case where Bursa Malaysia ceases the provision of information (in any form or format) to CGS-CIMB, you accept and agree that such information will no longer be available to you forthwith and we shall not be liable to you for any reason whatsoever in respect thereof.
